APPOINTMENTS: A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as you book your appointment. Please read carefully & be aware of the description. To secure the appointment a non refundable 20% deposit will be required. All deposits go to your desired hairstyle & will be taken off the remaining balance of your appointment.   
  
LATER ARRIVALS: By running 10 minutes late there will be late fee of €15 added to your final bill. By being more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled & your deposit will not be refunded.  
  
CANCELLATION: Are you prevented? Then you can change or cancel your appointment. By re-scheduling your appointment, your deposit will not be lost. In case of a second re-scheduling another deposit will be required. NB: In neither case will you receive a refund of your deposit  
 
OUT OF HOURS BOOKINGS: To get an emergency slot out of booking hours, Sundays, Mondays or last minute spot an additional fee will be added to the booking costs, please contact  06 33 95 22 37 there fore. For afterhours bookings between 07:00-11:00 OR after 19:00 an additional fee of €50 will be added to the booking costs, please contact 06 33 95 22 37 there fore.  
 
NO AVAILBILITY: If no slots are available to book that means the date is fully booked. In case of cancellations the slot will be available for another person to book automatically.  
 
GROUP/EVENT BOOKINGS: Travelling is limited for large groups/events/bridal only, contact info@hairbynickyta.com to book this service.  
 
HAIR: TO PURCHASE HAIR FROM THE HBN COLLECTION VISIT OUR WEBSHOP PLEASE ORDER 15 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO MAKE SURE THE ORDER GETS TREATEN AND RECEIVED ON TIME IF IT'S NOT ON STOCK.
